The Turtle, the last remaining operational “Tumble Bug” ride in the world, has been a Kennywood tradition since 1927. Families board one of six turtle shaped cars that travel around on a circular track over a set of three hills and dips. This is another ride that most children graduating from Kiddieland ride first.
Riders under 46″ tall must ride with a responsible person. No infants permitted.
THE TURTLE IS THE MOST LEGIT RIDE IN ALL OF KENNYWOOD! GOOOOOOO TURTLE! YEAH TURTLE! I LOVE THE TURTLE! GO TURTLE!

The Tumble Bug at Conneaut Lake Park has been torn down by new owner Todd Joseph. This is officially the last Tumble Bug ride in the entire world.
Sadly, you are correct (who didn’t love Tumblebug?!). I will update this page accordingly, thanks!
